With snow expected to overspread the area as nightfall arrives Sunday before changing to sleet and freezing rain overnight, a Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for Northern Fairfield County from 6 p.m. Sunday until 8 a.m. Monday, according to the National Weather Service.
