Miguel Gonzalez, 57, of 127 Harbor Drive in Norwalk was arrested on Jan. 11 on multiple charges after a bizarre incident in his driveway at around 6:30p.m. According to Norwalk Police, Gonzalez, had been driving his '91 Mercury Marquis when his car was involved in an accident in his driveway.
