The 207 Middlesex Rd. property pictured above was a tear-down that recently sold for $1,900,000 -- which is $175,000 more than the sellers had paid for it last May. The property, near the corner of Middlesex Road and Noroton Avenue , had been bought by LTB Properties LLC of Norwalk for $680,000 on March 23, 2012.
