Authorities say 37-year-old Vamond Elmore, wanted for murder in Norwalk, Connecticut, was holding a gun as he tried to run from a hotel room near Interstate 95 in St. George, South Carolina on July 22. Area media outlets report that First Circuit Solicitor David Pascoe announced Monday the two agents acted in accordance with the law.
