After 28 years in very tight quarters in Westport, the Music Theatre of Connecticut has moved just over the border to Norwalk to a new building that more than doubles its size. In keeping with this huge technical upgrade, MTC is breaking in its new venue with the splashy, dance-filled "The World Goes 'Round: The Songs of Kander & Ebb," the 1991 hit that launched the career of choreographer-director Susan Stroman.
