A New Canaan man has been charged by Norwalk police with defrauding his ex-girlfriend while she was under medical care. Robert Eason, of Oenoke Ridge, was charged last Friday with third-degree forgery, third-degree larceny, third-degree identity theft and illegal use of a credit card.
