NORWALK, Conn. The Maritime Aquarium is calling on all artists to design a model lighthouse for their upcoming 13th annual "Festival of Lighthouses" contest running from Nov. 22 through Jan. 19. There is $3,300 in prize money available in the annual contest that decorates the aquarium with homemade lighthouses for the holiday season.
