A Norwalk man was arrested on a number of charges after he was accused of assaulting a clerk at an Ely Avenue store, police said. Robert Burgos, 42, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree reckless endangerment, assault on a peace officer, criminal mischief, second-degree threatening, third-degree assault and interfering with an officer.
