A Hartford woman just arrested on charges of cashing counterfeit checks this summer in Norwalk is the fifth person arrested in the case, police said. Ursula Tirado, 26, was arrested Wednesday and charged with fifth-degree larceny and second-degree forgery, as well as two counts of failure to appear in court.
