Norwalk superintendent of schools Manny Rivera joined residents and parents at Ponus Ridge Middle School Wednesday night to speak on planning and budget priorities for the Norwalk public school system. It's one in a series of parent forums the superintendent is hosting in the area to seek input from residents for the upcoming 2015 to 2016 budget plan.
