By STEVE #8200;KOBAK Hour Staff Writer Posted: Friday, July 5, 2013 8:15 pm NORWALK #8200;-- #8200;A #8200;30-year-old Bridgeport man was arrested Thursday night after running through strangers' houses and yelling that he was being chased, police said. Terrell Tobin, of 420 Lyon Terrace, Bridgeport, was charged with criminal mischief, interfering with an officer and two counts of criminal trespass. He was held on $5,000 bond. Police were called to a Bayview Avenue home at 7:49 p.m. Thursday after the homeowner saw a stranger -- later identified as Tobin -- run through his home. After running through two homes in the neighborhood, Tobin stopped and told one witness that he was being chased, police said. He also said he needed someone to call a taxi for him, police said.
