Man Stabbed in Norwalk

Police responded to 74 Lexington Avenue following the report of a disturbance. There they found a man who had been slashed across the neck by neighbor. According to police, the suspect contacted officers Friday morning and said he and the victim had gotten into an argument that turned physical.
