Artists with the St. Philip Artists' Guild in Norwalk spent a day on the island in mid-June and captured on canvas scenes on the island and visible from it, and their paintings are now on display within the historic Sheffield Island Lighthouse for the first "Sheffield Summer Arts Series ."
