NORWALK, Conn. Award-winning photojournalist Erik Trautmann will be the guest at Norwalk Public Library's artist talk from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 29, at the SoNo Branch, 10 Washington St. Mayor Harry Rilling will be present for the unveiling of four photographs, taken by Trautmann, of places in Norwalk.
