The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing the nighttime closure of the I-95 southbound Exit 14 off-ramp in Norwalk for two weeks from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., beginning Monday, Nov. 3, 2014. These closures are required to allow construction crews access to the ramp for pavement reconstruction.
