Cops Surround West Rocks Home, Remove Man Reportedly Threatening Suicide

Update 3:51 p.m.: Norwalk police released this statement at 3:47 p.m.: On July 22, 2014 at 1129 a.m., Norwalk Combined Dispatch received a third party call reporting that a person at 159 West Rocks Rd. had contacted them and stated they were going to harm themselves with a firearm.
