NORWALK, Conn. The Norwalk Tree Alliance will present a report on the "Beetle Blitz" that threatens Connecticut's hardwood forests at 5 p.m. July 17 at Norwalk City Hall, 125 East Ave. Entomologist Katherine Dugas, who studies insects, will be the speaker.
