Two new officers were sworn in to the Wilton Police Department during a ceremony on Friday, June 27, according to Patch.com. Norwalk resident Stacy Welch, 30, and Milford's Eric Patenaude, 31, will begin training at the state Police Academy on Monday, July 7, Patch.com reported.
