A Norwalk man is facing charges after police pulled him over and found ammunition in his car, along with an unlicensed gun and marijuana. According to police Delvon Scullark, 36, of 15 Arch St ran a red light on West Avenue around 12:30 a.m. An officer on patrol pulled him over and said he smelled marijuana wafting from the car.
