Three Norwalk police officers - Taborda, Garbera and Prada - recently participated in the annual Shop with a Cop program of the Reach Foundation , according to the Police Department's Facebook timeline : "On Dec. 10 these officers were paired with a child to assist with their shopping list. Each child received a set amount of money to purchase gifts for their families.
