Grzegorz Lewczak, 34, of Norwalk, was stopped on Belden Hill Road and Fenwood Lane in Wilton after officers observed him swerving and crossing over the double yellow line, according to police. Police daid he was driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and took him into custody.
