The median sale price for a single-family home jumped 5 percent in Norwalk in the fourth quarter of 2014 compared with 2013, according to a sales report provided by William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty. Fourth-quarter activity also increased in Norwalk compared with 2013, with a small increase of 2 percent.
