Top chefs from around the area will join families and supporters of Star Inc. next Thursday for the organization's second annual Galaxy of Gourmets at Aitoro in Norwalk to benefit individuals with developmental disabilities. "We had about 120 people last year, everybody was asking if we were going to do the event again this year so this year we're really hoping we're going to have 150 to 200 people.
