Alfred Uhry's Pulitzer Prize-winning play "Driving Miss Daisy" is being produced by Music Theatre of Connecticut for a three-week run that starts Friday, Jan. 30. The tale of the unlikely friendship of a crusty Jewish widow and her black chauffeur inspired the 1989 film that won the best picture Oscar.
