Connecticut Man Pleads Guilty In Fatal Ny Dwi Crash

Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore said Wednesday that Jose Ramirez of Norwalk pleaded guilty this week to aggravated vehicular homicide and driving while intoxicated. The wreck happened around 2:30 a.m. on Feb. 28, 2014.
