Capital Partners, a private investment firm, has moved from Greenwich to Building 301 at the Merritt 7 office complex in Norwalk. The firm, which is leasing 8,320 square feet on the third floor, joins an impressive roster of tenants at the 1.4-million-square-foot complex.
