Connecticut woman arrested in Charlton after low-speed chase from Worcester

A Norwalk, Connecticut, woman who allegedly led state police on a 15-minute chase from Worcester to Charlton was arrested Monday morning. Rachel A. Simpson, 22, was charged with failing to stay to the right, failure to stop for police and reckless driving.
