In recognition of what it called the strongest online business community in Connecticut, Google this week named Norwalk its eCity Award winner for 2014. Rep. Jim Himes, D-Conn., joined Sens. Richard Blumenthal and Chris Murphy, Norwalk Mayor Harry Rilling and local business leaders for the presentation of the award to Norwalk.
