Federal drug agents arrested a Norwalk man and two others on heroin-trafficking charges on Tuesday, Sept. 30, in a sting that involved the delivery of 1 kilogram of heroin to Norwalk, according to U.S. Attorney for Connecticut Deirdre M. Daly.
