A Norwalk man was charged with sexual assault after police said he picked up a woman and carried her back to his apartment in Roodner Court on Saturday. Jonas Labaze, 22, was charged with first-degree sexual assault, second-degree unlawful restraint, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
