John Soyland was partly thrown from the car when it went off Beach Road, hit several objects and rolled over, police said. Soyland, a Norwalk resident, crashed when he was driving northbound on Beach near its intersection with Harborview Avenue shortly before 10:40 p.m., according to an account provided by Sgt.
