Norwalk Metro-North train bridge approved for replacement

State and local officials announced today they have a plan to pay for the replacement of an old railroad bridge along Metro-North's New Haven line. The 118-year-old bridge in Norwalk has become stuck in the open position twice this year causing serious delays along Metro-North.
