In recognition of what it called the strongest online business community in Connecticut, Google this week named Norwalk its eCity Award winner for 2014. The award, in its second year, recognizes the city with the business community that scores highest in a number of criteria in each state as chosen by Google and independent research firm Ipsos Mori.
