A Norwalk man Jonas Labaze, 22, was charged with sexual assault after he picked up a woman and carried her back to his apartment in Roodner Court. President Barack Obama finished up his two-hour whirlwind fundraising trip to Connecticut and will be in Bridgeport on Wednesday at a rally for Gov. Dannel Malloy.
