Stopped for Weaving in Traffic, Norwalk Man Faces Several Charges

A Norwalk man who Greenwich Police say was observed weaving as he drove on West Putnam Avenue near Holly Hill Lane is facing several charges including operating with a suspended license and second-degree forgery. According to a police report, an officer spotted the driver operating erratically about 3:15 a.m. Oct. 4. The driver initially told police he was Jilberto Garcia, of 13 Magnolia Ave., Norwalk, but he didn't have a driver's license or any form of identification, according to the report.
