Circle of Friends will host a Hanukkah party for adults with special needs on Tuesday, Dec. 23, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Beth Israel of Westport/Norwalk, 40 King St., Norwalk. The event will feature holiday refreshments, The Art of the Donut creations with master chef Jessica Jablon, a Hanukkah JEWpardy game show and a musical program.
