Milford police say Tristina Duarte, 28, of Summer Street and Damiyr Muhammad, 28, of Woodward Avenue in Norwalk, are accused of driving around with marijuana and a loaded .22 caliber handgun in their car. Police said they stopped a vehicle Duarte was driving for motor vehicle violations on Sunday.
