Norwalk's Human Services Council's Children's Bank is collecting items for holiday gift drive to get presents to children in need across Fairfield County. Children's Bank is a program of the Human Services Council's Children's Connection, and provides holiday gifts to 3,000 children in need in lower Fairfield County each season.
