A Greenwich line cook was arraigned Tuesday on criminal charges for stealing copper downspouts and roofing panels from Greenwich Country Day School and a home being built on Alpine Drive. Andrew Woltmann , 31, of Ohio Avenue, Norwalk, was charged by Greenwich police Monday with third, fourth and fifth-degree larceny and was held in lieu of a $5,500 court appearance bond.
