A Norwalk man was arrested on a number of charges after police said he started a fight at a bar, left his kids home alone with a bong and shouted racial slurs at officers. Davis Pizarro, 29, was charged with risk of injuring or impairing morals of children, disorderly conduct, assault on a peace officer, interfering with an officer and third-degree assault.
