Norwalk River Rowing Association has hired Evans Liolin as head coach of the girls racing team and manager of business development. Liolin comes to Norwalk River Rowing with over 20 years of coaching experience, most recently as varsity lightweight men's coach at Georgetown University, where his crews excelled.
