A Norwalk woman who worked last year at a city interior design firm was arrested for embezzling nearly $30,000 from her employer, police said. Jennifer Maquinlon , 56, of Gregory Boulevard, was charged with first-degree larceny, third-degree larceny and 36 counts of credit card fraud.
