A Christmas tree lighting with caroling and free hot cocoa will be part of St. Philip Church's Victorian Christmas Festival, starting at 5 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 5. The festival takes place Friday (from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday and continues from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 6 at the church's 1912 Mansion House at 23 France St. in Norwalk. Many local vendors will have items for sale, including the "famous Bake Goods table," and handmade items made by parishioners.
