Police say 25-year-old James Thompson held up the In and Out Variety Store at 178 Main Street on Nov. 25. The Norwalk man is charged with first-degree robbery, conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery, fifth-degree larceny, and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny. Thompson's bond was set at $500,000.
