Director Leigh Scott, whose studio is based in Norwalk, is making an animated musical based on the Wizard of Oz books by L. Frank Baum. A Ridgefield/Norwalk filmmaker is embarking upon an exciting new adventure that will take viewers back to the land of Oz.
