A 64-year-old Norwalk man who admitted to a daily ritual of drinking two beers and having a shot at Veterans Park was arrested on drunken-driving charges after police said he drove recklessly. Prentice Ellis was charged with operating under the influence, failure to bring a motor vehicle to a full stop, engaging in pursuit and reckless driving.
