A second Norwalk man has been charged in the Nov. 25 robbery of the In and Out Variety store at 178 Main St. James Thompson, 25, of 20 Wilton Ave., was arrested on a warrant by Norwalk detectives on charges of first-degree robbery, conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery and fifth-degree larceny. His bond was set at $500,000.
