James Thompson, 25, of Norwalk was arrested Thursday and charged with first-degree robbery, conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery, fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny. He was held on a $500,000 bond and will appear in court on Jan. 23. The robbery occurred at the In & Out Variety Store on November 25 at 9:46 p.m. Hector Diaz, 19, of Norwalk was arrested in December and charged with being the gunman who brandished a silver revolver in the robbery.
