An argument between a veteran Stamford Police officer and his wife has resulted in the officer's arrest and his entering an inpatient program for alcohol treatment, according to a report. Officer Silas Redd Sr., 54, of Norwalk, was arrested after his wife reported to Stamford Police that he placed her in a headlock during an argument outside a Stamford pizzeria on Jan. 17, according to The Hour.
