GE Capital reportedly inked a lease deal to renew and expand its current space in Norwalk, according to commercial broker Newmark Grubb Knight Frank , securing a total of 360,000 square feet at 901 Main Ave. Dubbed the Towers, the property is owned by Stamford-based Building and Land Technology. BLT and GE Capital could not be reached Tuesday evening for comment.
